A14 Road Closures week commencing 25th May 2020

Full closures
Tuesday 26 to Friday 29 (four days) 8am - 6pm

• A1307 between Robins Lane, Lolworth and bottom of the ‘jug handle’ Bar Hill/Longstanton exit
  Vehicles will be diverted via A14 Swavesey Jct 24 and Bar Hill Jct 25
  

• A1 northbound Brampton Hut exit slip
  Vehicles will be diverted north to Alconbury to then use A1 southbound and either continue or exit for access to Brampton Hut roundabout
• A1 northbound Brampton Hut entry slip
  Vehicles will be diverted east along A141 and then north at Spittals roundabout to the spur road to re-join the A1 northbound at Alconbury
• A141 eastbound link between New Ellington Jct 21 and Brampton Hut roundabout
  Vehicles will be diverted east on the A605 at Jct 13 then south on the A1(M) to the A605 to re-join the A14 at Jct 21
• A14 eastbound Brampton Interchange Jct 22 entry slip
  Vehicles will be diverted via A1(M) and A605 to join the A14 at Jct 13. Alternatively, vehicles can travel south on A1, east on A428, north on A1198 and east on A1307 to join the A14 at Jct 24
• A14 westbound Histon Jct 32 exit slip
  Vehicles will be diverted to continue on A14 westbound to Bar Hill Jct 25 and return on the eastbound carriageway. Alternatively, vehicles can exit the A14 at Milton Jct 33
• East side of Milton junction gyratory, between eastbound entry slip and westbound exit slip
  Vehicles wishing to access A14 westbound or Cambridge will be diverted eastbound to Jct 34 to return on westbound carriageway
• A1307 Huntingdon Road inbound from exit on A14 eastbound & Girton Jct 31 into Cambridge
  Vehicles will be diverted via A14 eastbound to Histon Jct 32 to access Cambridge
  

• A1307 Huntingdon Road outbound from Cambridge to Girton Jct 31
  Vehicles will be diverted to travel westbound on A14 from Histon Jct 32 and can access A1307 again at Bar Hill Jct 25
  

• Brampton Road B1514 between station car park and Edison Bell Way
  Vehicles on the Huntingdon town centre side will be diverted onto the ring road, Ermine Street B1044 to Spittals roundabout, A141 west to Brampton / Brampton Racecourse junction and into Brampton via B1514. Vehicles on the Brampton side of the closure will follow this diversion in reverse.
